I am Yannic Kuhn, a third-generation member of a Moluccan family and the founder of Taste of Maluku. At the age of twenty, I developed a passion for cooking, initially exploring the entire Asian cuisine and later focusing specifically on Moluccan cuisine. During my HBO studies, I envisioned combining this passion with my Moluccan roots to create a catering business.

Inspired by this idea, I decided to bring it to life during the first lockdown. I provide catering services for individuals and businesses, catering to various special occasions. When preparing Moluccan dishes for your catering needs, I approach it as if I were cooking for my entire family, ensuring genuine authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, and an unparalleled taste experience.

In addition to catering, I also organize events such as pop-ups and tastings, offering the same authentic experience. The Moluccan community in the Netherlands is a close-knit and warm society, though often closed off to the outside world. It's ingrained in our culture to do everything together, and sharing a meal with the entire family is considered highly important.

I want to share this experience with my customers. Through my dishes, I aim to introduce more people to our culture by bringing Moluccan cuisine to as many individuals as possible, including you.
