Hello! I'm Fallon, 38 years old, a mother of two boys, and a wife to a wonderful man.

I've always had a passion for being creative – dancing, singing, drawing, sculpting, painting, baking, and cooking. Creating fondant cakes turned out to be the perfect combination for me. What started as a hobby has grown into a true passion, and I consider each cake a new and exciting challenge!

To me, the exterior of the cake is just as important as the interior. I value a good taste balance and a delightful mouthfeel. The ingredients and products I use are carefully selected to make each cake a complete masterpiece, both inside and out.

A cake from Taartjes Toko is not overly sweet and doesn't contain heavy, buttery creams. Instead, it's soft, airy, and always concealed with ganache under a thin layer of fondant. The design always includes an eye for detail.
