ArteGia narrates Indonesian heritage into contemporary inclusive classics

We are a designer brand that narrates Indonesian heritage into contemporary inclusive classics, based in The Netherlands.

ArteGia is a family love affair that consists of artist and designer Bagua Jody, designer mother Gianita Brinkman and  engineer sister Kimberly Tarifa. Our eclectic combination of mixed Indonesian, Dutch and Italian roots makes a refined and timeless design aesthetic & family portrait.

ArteGia’s seasonless jewellery collection is designed to remind you to nurture The Divine Feminine within YOU, to honour your authentic life and to love yourself unconditionally. This design philosophy comes specifically to life with the Mamuli collection.

The Mamuli symbol originates from the Indonesian island, Sumba, which represents the shape of the female womb and the strength of women.

The definition of our contemporary Mamuli designs stands for empowering the divine, healing and creative femine energy that is present in everyone, regardless of gender.

The art of connection, community, inclusivity, sustainability and giving back is the heart of our existence. As we strive for inclusion and diversity we support creative and LGBTQIA+ communities in Indonesia.

All jewellery is made out of recycled 925 sterling silver or recycled 925 sterling silver with a layer of 18 carat gold. Our pieces are madewith natural gemstones and pearls, which are handpicked and ethically sourced.

The Limited Edition collection is made by hand in our atelier in The Netherlands and our Ready-to-Wear line is made by artisans in Indonesia who work in a safe environment and receive fair pay.

ArteGia's  genderless jewellery is designed to celebrate and empower the wearer and to honour freedom.

Love,

ArteGia

Gia, Kim and Bagua Jody
